However if you are having the direct reserved ticket to your destination, you won’t notice the changeover, except the delay at this station. Generally you won’t even notice this delay as the trains reach Guntakal during the midnight and re-attaches your coaches.
Those who are coming from Chennai to Hampi , can catch the train from Renigunta Jn.(RU) That is arrive at Renigunta Jn from Chennain & catch the Rayalaseema Express (T. No 17430). There are many trains that ply along the Chennai – Renigunta route.
Those arriving from Hyderabad direction can plan for the Rayalaseema (7429) express. Like mentioned earlier, at Guntakal Jn. this train bifurcates, a part goes to Tirupati & the rest head towards C. Shahu Mharaj Terminus via Hosptet Jn.
